Please join the Spirit Sisters Mindful Move and Groove team for a beautiful spring hike at Foothill Regional Park in Windsor on Saturday April 13th, 2025. We will gather by the bathrooms at 9:00am and leave at 9:15am. Please dress in layers and bring water.

This is a women only hike.
Enjoy a 1.5 hour moderate hike with some incline.
This trail does have poison oak, so please dress appropriately and stick to the trail!

Foothill Regional Park is part of the Sonoma County Regional Parks system. A county parking pass or pay to park is required to park in the lot, although there is ample free street parking close by.
