You will be guided and supported in letting your body speak without words about what you love, what you ache for, where you hold back and where your soul flows with power and freedom.
This is a deeply personal experience for the spirit and body to explore as needed, with Michelle's loving voice guiding and supporting you. It is a place to feel safe, supported, and even spiritually enlightened through the power of connecting with yourself in a physical way.
We will be outside, so please dress accordingly and bring water to stay hydrated. You may feel inspired to journal after this experience.
